XFORT Suffolk Gate Latch Pack Black

Average quality get latch pack. Included are three T hinges, one brenton bolt, a padlock and fittings. Not very heavy duty so would suit a gate that is not used very often. Hopefully the black will last and not rust/degrade over time.

Well build and packaged but the screw heads are very weak and tightening them has lead to the screw head being damaged. Overall the handles and spindle are sturdy and this is easy to instal - hence 4/5 overall.

Okay but not that tough

Looking at that gate latch set I have feelings that it has potentially everything we may need to instal one or two around out harden. The small one could be good for shed, another one for wooden gate.The 3 hinges aren't that robust as I expected.. with a it of force I could bend it. They are all an average quality, but good enough for outdoor use. Screws in matching black colour come along with the set so no need to worry about that. The round locker comes with 2 keys. It works just fine. Husband said that he will instal one gate latch next week as replacement to one which is to loose and doesnt keep the gate closed. He said that this set is okay for our needs but if you need proper strong one, I advise you looks elsewhere..
