How to Install

1. Remove Old Cylinder: Insert your key into the existing cylinder and turn slightly. Unscrew the fixing screw located on the door’s edge near the cylinder. Pull the key and cylinder out together.

 

2. Measure New Cylinder: Ensure the new Euro Cylinder is the same size. Measure from the center of the screw hole to each end of the cylinder.

 

3. Insert New Cylinder: Align the new cylinder with the lock slot. Gently insert it with the key slightly turned. Ensure it’s flush with the door surface.

 

4. Secure the Cylinder: Replace the fixing screw and tighten it. This holds the cylinder in place.

 

5. Test the Lock: Turn the key in both directions to ensure smooth locking and unlocking. The key should be able to be removed in both locked and unlocked positions.

 

Tip: Do not force the key. If it doesn’t turn easily, check alignment.

Replacement security lock

Used this as a replacement for our kitchen door after a key got lost on the old one. Easy to fit with a single screw fixing but pay careful attention to the size and measure the depth or your door carefully.The keys are security keys so will not be easy to copy but there were four keys in the box so enough for all of our family. The lock itself has a nice smooth action and as a kitemarked lock, it should satify your insurance company requirement for particualr grades of locks being fitted to back or front doors.

Easy to install and a quick job. Works fine and good quality from what I can see. Fixed a sticking lock and so far very impressed it by it as a product. Did the job fine.

Easy to fit,works well

Really high-quality lock with a nice fit and finish.It feels very strong compared to the usual stamped key.Installation was pretty easy and I did it from the outside,it has a precise length (as described) so,once you measured properly you can’t go wrong ordering this for the right size.Overall solid sturdy lock that feels much more secure and safe than everything I used before.

Well It doesn't happen to me all the time, however this lock was spot on. Old sticking lock removed and new lock went in first time. everything works now with no sticking. i like the key design and build quality looks and feel top notch. happy to recommend.
