Within this, we like to encourage independence and a strong initiative. Whether you’ve always been a go-getter or you’re just starting off, we’ve got you. From choosing the best product to installation advice, we are here every step of the way.

We provide as much information as we can for our products and are striving towards becoming a knowledge hub that you can come to time and time again for anything DIY. We are currently working to provide resources in the form of installation leaflets, online how-to videos as well as product comparisons so that you can make the best possible decision for your home.
Our Vision
DIY is expansive, it may be a hobby to keep your mind busy, a key part of your job or quite simply you have no other choice but to fix things yourself. No matter your experience level or knowledge we would like to be the name that you know and trust, for everything DIY. From brand new products to the good old classics, finding good hardware isn’t so hard with XFORT. This vision centres on the fact that we want you to feel safe and supported as our customers so that once you’ve purchased, you can focus on your DIY project without any worries. Our Future
As the world changes, so too will our product ranges. Innovation is always as the forefront of our minds and we are constantly looking for new ideas to meet the needs of our customers. We are working on ensuring that we can provide SMART lines in the future alongside our classic lines. How We Got Started
XFORT began as a small family owned business consisting of four brothers, packing deliveries in our front room to ship out in the morning on our way to work. We decided to compile expertise knowledge with high quality and affordable products to make DIY less complicated. Throughout its life, XFORT has grown and developed but at heart our values are still the same, to make every day easier and more beautiful for you.
Humble Beginnings
The company was established for trading in 2017 however it took form many years ago on a little market stall in Birmingham. Our father was a market trader who would sell products within the DIY and hardware industry. As children, we spent our weekends out on the stall with him and this core memory was invaluable to all of us. To create a legacy for our father we decided to make the transition from physical stalls to an online store. This way we could continue his life’s work whilst also making ourselves more accessible to new customers. We started this journey as sellers on Amazon and through our combined efforts and ambitions, we were able to spread the business across multiple platforms. Our website is a source of joy and pride for all of us and every single purchase means something to us. From a marketplace in Birmingham, all the way to you.
Giving Back

As a company, we commit to donating a minimum of 2.5% of our net profit every year. We do this in partnership with charities such as Human Relief Foundation, Jigsaw and many more. We have contributed to multiple projects such as Jigsaw village and Winter Appeal. In addition to our charitable donations we are also working with Jigsaw to provide business and working opportunities in Pakistan through the Beekeeping Honey programme. This is a course which encourages entrepreneurship by educating the less fortunate on beekeeping and providing them with the resources needed to create their own businesses by selling honey.
Jigsaw Village
Jigsaw is a non-profit organisation made entirely of volunteers that we work with and donate to frequently. One project in particular that we have contributed to is the creation of Jigsaw Village. Jigsaw Village is in Idlib and is made up of 700 houses as well as an education centre. It was planned and built by Jigsaw to rehouse those who have been affected by war and left homeless. This project not only helps to build a community for people who have lost everything but also gives them back some sense of security, dignity and normalcy despite the traumatic experiences that they have had to endure. From living in a tent to having a home that they can lock in the morning on their way out, Jigsaw village is very meaningful to us and we are proud to be a part of it.
Beekeeping Honey Programme
As a company that continuously endorses individuals to be independent and brave, we take great pride in our partnership with the Beekeeping honey programme. Through our donations we are able to provide courses and resources for those who are less fortunate in countries such as Pakistan. They are able to enrol onto a free programme that educates them on the practice of beekeeping. The course encourages entrepreneurship so that applicants are able to create their own businesses producing and then selling honey, allowing them to become self-sufficient. At the end of the course, the resources required for their endeavour are provided to them so that they are ready to start a new chapter as business owners.
