What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy on all our products. If you're not
satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days for a full
refund or exchange. Please ensure the items are in their original condition and
packaging.

Do you offer international shipping?

Unfortunately not at the moment, but hopefully we’ll be able to
incorporate it soon!

Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via
email. You can use this number to track your order on our website or the
carrier's website.

What method of payment can I use?

We've made it easy for you to complete your purchase as we have several secure payment methods you can choose from at checkout.

You can select to pay via ShopPay, PayPal or Google Pay, as well as using Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

How do I use my discount code?

Once you are ready to place your order, proceed to the checkout page, enter your discount code in the box under under the items you have in your basket and click the Apply button.

How can I open Trade Business account?

We are currently unable to provide Trade account discounts to businesses, please accept our sincerest apologies for any inconvenience caused.

I need to make a complaint about my purchase, who do I contact?

Can I order spare or additional keys?

Currently, the only product range you can purchase additional keys for, would be our Colossus Euro Cylinders. Click HERE to purchase additonal keys for the Colossus. We would recommend visiting a local hardware store that offers key cutting services if you require additional keys for any other product ranges we provide.

What are your customer service opening hours?

Our friendly Customer Support team are available to help answer any questions Monday - Friday between 9:30 AM - 6 PM. You can use our contact form found HERE to speak with one of our team for any support, no matter how technical your query might be. Please note, we are unable to answer any queries over the weekend and Bank Holiday's as our team are finishing off their own DIY projects.

How do I receive the 10% online member discount?

To receive a 10% discount off your next online purchase, simply sign up to our Newsletter using the link at the bottom of this page, and we'll email you a discount code to use on your next DIY project.

I ordered through Amazon but item is not suitable for my door, how can I return?

On your Amazon account, click Orders and Returns, select the order you wish to return and follow the steps on screen to generate the return.

I ordered through B&Q, but the order is not suitable, how do I return?

You can return your order to any B&Q store within 30 days of receipt of goods, along with a copy of your order information as this is your proof of purchase. Your return will be sent to us to process the refund and you'll be notified once the refund has been issued.

I ordered through Ebay, but no longer need the item

You can return your order by following the returns process on your Ebay account. Follow the instructions on screen and the return will be sent to us to process the refund and you'll be notified once the refund has been issued.

Are your products easy to install for beginners?

Absolutely! Our products are designed with DIY enthusiasts in mind,
regardless of experience level. Each product comes with detailed installation
instructions, and we also offer video tutorials on our website.

Where can I find installation instructions and video tutorials?

Installation instructions are available on the product detail page. Additionally, you can find step-by-step video tutorials on our YouTube channel, product detail pages, amazon listing pages and blogs in the DIY hub section of our website. 

What tools will I need to install your door hardware?

Basic tools like a screwdriver, a drill, and a tape measure are usually sufficient for most installations.

How do I maintain and clean my door hardware?

For most door hardware, regular cleaning with a soft, damp cloth is
sufficient. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials. For specific
care instructions, refer to the maintenance guide included with your product.

What should I do if my door hardware is not functioning properly?

First, refer to the fitting instructions/ installation videos and check that all steps have been followed. If you are still experiencing issues, please contact our customer support team for further assistance.

How do I find the measurements of a product?

You can find measurements to our products on the images displayed on each product page. Simply select the product you wish to view and browse the images to find the one that is displaying the product measurements.

How do I install my purchase?

How do I reverse the handle?

Some handles in our product range are able to be reversed as this allows for the handle to be turned in the opposite direction. If the handle is adjustable, you should see a tiny screw inside the latch mechanism that will allow you to change the direction of the handle.
