XFORT Liberty Lever on Rose Bathroom Pack
COMPLETE SET: This complete door pack includes Liberty lever on rose door handles, a 65mm bathroom lock, a pair of 75mm (3”) ball bearing hinges and a thumbturn and release set.
FUNCTION: These handles provide thumb turn locking for internal doors where privacy is required such as toilets and bathrooms. They are used with the supplied bathroom lock.
COMPOSITION: The handles are constructed from aluminium on a zinc rose to ensure strength and durability
APPLICATIONS: They are suitable for all types of indoor wooden doors.
FITTINGS: Supplied with all necessary fixtures and fittings, including colour matched screws and spindle which can be cut down to size required. Please ensure this item is fitted by a locksmith or someone suitably trained.

How to Install
How to install:
Hang Door with the new BB Hinges
Determine hinge placement and mark with a pencil. Align the hinges screw holes with the frame and door and then fasten the screws to secure the door.
Remove the Old Door Handle and Bathroom Lock:
Unscrew and remove the existing door handle and Bathroom Lock from the door. Ensure the door is clean and free of any debris from the old handle and lock.
Install the bathroom lock
Insert the new bathroom lock into the pre-cut mortice in the edge of the door, ensuring it aligns with the strike plate on the door frame.
Secure the bathroom lock:
Attach the faceplate of the bathroom lock to the edge of the door using the provided screws.
Insert Spindle:
Slide the spindle (the square connecting rod) through the door hole.
Attach Rose Handles:
Position the rose handles on each side of the door, aligning them with the existing screw holes (if available) and spindle. If the current screw holes do not align with the handles then fill the previous screw holes and then mark and drill new holes accordingly.
Secure the Handles:
Insert and tighten the screws to secure the handles in place.
Secure Rose Covers:
Fit the rose covers over the handles on each side. These covers hide the fittings.
Attach thumbturn and release set
Position thumbturn and release on corresponding side of the doors (thumbturn on the internal side and release on the external side) and align them with the existing screw holes (if available). If the current screw holes do not align with the thumbturn and release then fill the previous screw holes and then mark and drill new holes accordingly.
Secure the thumbturn and release:
Insert and tighten the screws to secure the thumbturn and release in place.
Secure thumbturn and release covers:
Fit the covers over the thumbturn and release on each side. These covers hide the fittings.
Test the Door Handle:
Operate the door handle and latch to check if they open and close smoothly
Final Adjustments:
Make any necessary adjustments to ensure proper functioning.
Secure the Strike Plate (if necessary):
If the strike plate needs to be adjusted or replaced, do so to ensure that the door latches or locks securely.
