Good quality, easy to fit, and look nice

Brilliant door handle with lock, looks great . Only thing is the size of holes what need to be drilled out for the door handle to be attached are larger than usual and the handle has to be set back further on the door because of the length of the latch.

I have no idea in terms of installation since I got a repair man to do it for me but it looks real nice and I like the internal lock, beats the previous twist.

If you’re fitting this on a new door, generally speaking, you should be fine. If you’re replaced a similar lock. Again, you should be fine. But if you’re fitting it on a door with door with a scroll latch handle. Fitting this lock will be hard or impossible. This was the case for me. I had to hire a carpenter to fill the door with wood again then start fresh.The latch can be adjusted in two positions. This will affect where the handle will be positioned. Close or further from the edge of the door. Nice you have this option.The screws for the handle goes into one side of the handle, and screws into the other side of the handle (sorry, not sure what the correct term for that style). I personally prefer this method. It holds the handle better than the screws holding the handle on the door. Over time the wood starts to break, the screws gets loose, very difficult to fix.The handle looks stunning. Modern look with a nice finish. The handle feels very strong and sturdy. The lock mechanism work perfectly from both sides. Initially, it was stiff. But over time, it became easier. At £26, it’s really good value.
