Drill

Measuring Tape
Step 2: Determine Placement
Choose the area on the door or gate for the bolt and Keep section.
Ensure it's at a comfortable height and easily accessible.
Use the measuring tape and pencil to mark the spots for drilling.
Step 3: Mark and Drill Holes
Hold the bolt and Keep section against the marked spots to identify screw hole locations.
Mark these spots for drilling using the components as guides.
Carefully drill holes at the marked spots using an appropriate drill bit size.
Step 4: Install the Bolt and Keep
Position the bolt and Keep section over the drilled holes.
Securely fasten them onto the door/gate using screws.
Ensure they are firmly attached and leveled.
Step 5: Test and Adjust
Slide the bolt back and forth to ensure smooth movement.
Confirm that it securely latches when in the closed position.
Make any necessary adjustments for proper alignment.
