DURABLE DESIGN - The letterplate flaps are machine tested to perform in accordance with BS EN 13724:2013 standards. The ultra flexible hinge springs are tested with over 100,000 opening and closing repetitions.

PATENTED ANTI SNAP FLAPS - Both the external and internal flaps opens to 180 degrees for easy access and to prevent them from snapping off when opened too far.

ADAPTABILITY: The telescopic design means the letter box can be adjusted to fit doors between 40mm to 80mm in thickness.

APPLICATIONS: XFORT MailPlate letterboxes are applicable for use on uPVC, composite and wooden front doors.

Easy to install, safe and does not bang in the wind.Replacement for a smaller letterbox on my 80mm door, which always banged in the wind, and my post ended up crumbled.Looks great.

Not plug and play

It's solid looks and looks well. All in all good value for money. However my door is an old aluminium design and this letterbox did not fit straight out of the box. The screws didn't align through the door and the outside plate did not fit flush as there's a collar on the bottom of the screw column which I had to file down and silicone. It took me well over an hr and a half to fit and I'm handy.
