COMPLETE SET: This complete door pack includes Smithy’s lever latch handles, a 65mm tubular latch and a pair of 75mm (3”) ball bearing hinges.

FUNCTION: These handles provide latching for internal doors where no locking is required. They are used with the supplied tubular door latch to allow opening and closing of the doors.

COMPOSITION: The handles are constructed from cast iron while the hinges are made from mild steel to ensure strength and durability.

APPLICATIONS: They are suitable for all types of indoor wooden doors.

FITTINGS: Supplied with all necessary fixtures and fittings, including colour matched screws and spindle which can be cut down to size required. Please ensure this item is fitted by a locksmith or someone suitably trained

How to Install

How to install: 
Hang Door with the new BB Hinges
Determine hinge placement and mark with a pencil. Align the hinges screw holes with the frame and door and then fasten the screws to secure the door.
Remove the Old Door Handle and Tubular Latch:
Unscrew and remove the existing door handle and tubular latch from the door.Ensure the door is clean and free of any debris from the old handle and lock.
Install the Tubular Latch
Insert the new tubular latch into the pre-cut mortice in the edge of the door, ensuring the latch aligns with the strike plate on the door frame.
Secure the Tubular Latch:
Attach the faceplate of the tubular latch to the edge of the door using the provided screws.
Insert Spindle:
Insert Spindle through the hole in the door and through the tubular latch and align with one side of the handles
Secure the Handle:
Attach the corresponding handle. Insert and tighten the screws to secure the handle in place.
Test the Door Handle 
Operate the door handle and latch to check if they open and close smoothly.
Final Adjustments:
Make any necessary adjustments to ensure proper functioning.
Secure the Strike Plate (if necessary):
If the strike plate needs to be adjusted or replaced, do so to ensure that the door latches and locks securely.

Lovely Lever Latch Pack

These are lovely, good weight and look like they could be antique handles. We have a cottage that's over 100 years old, and we've replaced more modern handles on the door with these. They were easy to fit, and look very smart in place

It's well made, durable, and sturdy, with a nice design that adds to the overall impression of elegance. It comes with a latch with a black face plate, black hinges, and black screws. They stand out very well on my white-coloured door.It was easy to swap out; I just needed to cut the spindle bar, which was a bit long for my door. If you're installing this on a new door, you need to bore a 1-inch hole for the latch(not supplied), so you'll have to do some extra work.The handle is nice and curvy—very comfortable to grasp.The quality of the screw used to attach the handle to the door was a bit poor, though. I had to replace mine with better screws because the head of the screw didn't hold up well.Overall, I'm pleased with this black handle!I hope this review helps you to make a purchasing decision.

Good quality lever latch door furniture set

This is a really very good quality lever latch door furniture set. The set is quite robust and weighty as it is cast iron, and you can really feel the quality, so should last well.Though this set is advertised as internal, we’re actually using on a door in the garden, as I feel the design doesn’t really work for internal use, it’s a bit rustic I would say, though if you’ve got a medieval or rustic look inside, they may fit right in.The black powder coating is applied well, and it’s nice to have black butt hinges and screws included, so you can get all the door furniture and fixings to match. Very pleased overall, nothing I don’t like so five stars from me.

Excellent, complete fixings kit all with a thick, black, light sheen finish

These are quite nice. They’re traditional-style handles with built on back plates. The black finish is thickly applied, and has been put on all over – you don’t turn these over and find silver metal on the back of the plates. The black coating has a slight sheen to it, and does not show fingerprint marks.The surfaces of both handles and back plates are textured – with appreciably more texturing on the back plates. The handles are only lightly dimpled, but the back plates have a deep, almost hammered effect all over.The hinges are sturdy and, like the handles, black-finished all over and the included fixings are black. The latch cover plate is also black-finished, though the latch itself is shiny white metal. The pack includes a plastic catch holder to go into the architrave, and a black metal cover to hold this in place.
