Unscrew and remove the existing door handle and Sashlock from the door. Ensure the door is clean and free of any debris from the old handle and lock.
Install the Sashlock
Insert the new sashlock into the pre-cut mortice in the edge of the door, ensuring it aligns with the strike plate on the door frame.
Secure the Sashlock:
Attach the faceplate of the Sashlock to the edge of the door using the provided screws.
Insert Spindle:
Insert Spindle through the hole in the door and through the sashlock and align with one side of the handles
Secure the Handle:
Attach the corresponding handle. Insert and tighten the screws to secure the handle in place.
Test the Door Handle and Lock:
Operate the door handle and lock to check if they open and close smoothly. Test the locking mechanism to ensure it functions properly.
Final Adjustments:
Make any necessary adjustments to the door handle, lock, or latch to ensure proper functioning.
Secure the Strike Plate (if necessary):
If the strike plate needs to be adjusted or replaced, do so to ensure that the door latches and locks securely.

This lock can be turned around if needed

No instructions as it’s for the more experienced DIY person. But good quality and everything is packed well to prevent scratches and damage. Make sure you have a spade drill and chisel for quick fitting.
